I saw her today when I was in again and thanked her in person, but wanted to let the Store Management know what a great associate and ambassador they have in Risha!
I also wanted to say the Pharmacy Team especially Asad is always extremely helpful, always assisting me on the phone to place my prescriptions. He always answers the phone in the daytime and is so pleasant and helpful! The Pharmacist on Thursday night( male) was very caring and knowlegeable. The Beauty Advisors were extremely friendly today!
I enjoy shopping at this location because of the great Team there!!
One issue I do have with this location is that my prescriptions for my family are frequently out of stock. This does get frustrating as sometimes it requires 2 trips.i went in oerson today to pick up one I was waiting for, and ordered 1 more ( on file) and now have to come back again because that one is out of stock. So 3 trips now to fill my prescriptions.”

I usually have Debjani explaining new drugs to me and she is so clear and knowlegable, answers my questions and understands when I need to rephrase what she has said in my own words so that I remember the instructions.”
“We had such a wonderful experience at this walk-in clinic. The doctor was absolutely amazing with my daughter—so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. He made her laugh and feel comfortable right away, which makes such a difference for a child. He was also extremely thorough and took the time to ask lots of thoughtful questions to really understand her situation, which is not always the case at walk-in clinics.
The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the pharmacy staff were great as well. Even though there were a few people waiting, the wait time was very reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the level of care we received and would highly recommend this clinic to other families.”
“Sure they can be busy but they are very professional and thoughtful. My wife has to take a 10 mg dose of a reoccurring prescription. They provide the med to her in 20 mg because her insurance doesn’t cover the 10 mg dose, then they split the pills in half for her. They made a note on her file to do this when reordering by phone.”
