One thing that stopped me from selecting 5 star is that the owner/head pharmacist has been late getting there a few times, and seems to take a little longer than the other pharmasists to prepare medications.
But either way, overall it is a wonderful pharmacy and great people who are genuinely interested in the positivity and care of the clients /customers.”

One issue I do have with this location is that my prescriptions for my family are frequently out of stock. This does get frustrating as sometimes it requires 2 trips.i went in oerson today to pick up one I was waiting for, and ordered 1 more ( on file) and now have to come back again because that one is out of stock. So 3 trips now to fill my prescriptions.”
“Always get my prescriptions filled here for many many years. Such a great team! Always quick to help me drop off and pick up a prescription! No waiting. I usually have Debjani explaining new drugs to me and she is so clear and knowlegable, answers my questions and understands when I need to rephrase what she has said in my own words so that I remember the instructions.”
“I believe many of the lower reviews are for the walk-in side of the business, but I can't say enough good things about my experience at the pharmacy. I ran into an issue with a walk-in clinic forgetting to send over my prescription, but the pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He spent the entire day contacting the clinic on my behalf, which I’m sure took away from his time with other patients and responsibilities. Not only did he make sure I got my prescription, but he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their patients the way he does, and it was evident in every interaction. I would highly recommend switching to this pharmacy. It's not just about filling prescriptions here—it's about quality care and compassion. Thank you endlessly!”
“This is a busy location due to its proximity to Go Train, Highway Exit, downtown Pickering and the highway 2 corridor. Some people have been going here for decades. Min 1 hour if you are dropping by from hospital or doc office. This means if the prescription has an error there will be a delay. All the people are very professional. If you are polite, they are polite back. Best to call earlier in order to get prescriptions filled if faxed. For meds that need scheduling you can ask about availability and order times in order to determine when to call to fill. This location is great because you can call in the prescription. And if it is not busy, get suggestions on OTC medicine for conditions you are not familiar with.”
“I went to Rexall to mail a card this evening and was promptly greeted by a staff who was friendly, funny, attentive and helpful. I was sending the card outside of Canada and wasn’t sure how many postage stamps to use. The staff explained the process to me, showed transparency and genuine #pride to help a customer a work.
