They are welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented from the front desk to the therapists. The service is very good, with personnel who work with you to get the right fit, answer questions, and explain everything in detail. They are great educators on the equipment. The place is very inviting, they are on time, and their reminders are handy. Many customers report a great experience, are very happy to do business with them, and make this clinic their go-to. They are highly recommended for all CPAP products, help with sleeping, or getting started on a machine.

Judi was a gem to deal with. She’s patient, knowledgeable and did not see any question as unnecessary. I was fully aware of the functions of my new CPAP machine just from the onsite demonstration that Judi provided. Great asset to this company!!

My most recent visit to PureFlow was great, as usual. All of the staff are very pleasant and professional and I was seen promptly. Janelle was kind and helpful and I appreciate her thoughtful advice.
