Everywhere I go to return amazon packages they would print a receipt to confirm drop off (including other ups stores). This store claims they don't print receipt. Either just to cheap to print a slip or just laziness. Waste of time!

Anjali js th worst to deal with at the store! Rude yelled at me for mo reason. Not at all empathetic and when requested to speak to a manager she completely refused. Worst. I would like to make an official complaint about this girl at the store. No customer service. She should be fired. Worstttt

The customer service employee, would not accept my UPS mobile label and told me I had to take it to a location that actually scanned the label. waste of my time. Why can't all ups locations offer the same services

Never had issues with picking up packages. Remember to bring ID with address like Driver License.

Very disappointed with the service I recieved.
I brought in a package for "RETURN" shipping. I asked the attendant for a confirmation of acceptance of the package and she said they do not do that. I know this not to be true because the two UPS Store's that I regularly use send confirmation via email or text message. I ask for this because I have had a package not sent in the past and want accountability.
When I told the attendant this they looked at me like they were hard done by and slammed a package down they had. They ended up taking my email but surprisingly no confirmation was sent.
Absolutely poor service from the employee. If they are that lazy and don't want to work, quit and give it to someone that will appreciate working.
I will NEVER use this UPS store again.

I'm here at their location at 850 and now its 913. There is no one here to open the store. Multiple customers came and waited and left.

I would give zero if I could. Where do they get these people from, didn't help me, said I was wrong and that I am talking about another store when I said that their staff goes between telling clients that they need to parcel their stuff and not parcel their stuff. Sorry but I am over 50 and I know exactly what has happened when I go to the store and have been going to this particular store for years!;He was demeaning and ignorant. So I went to the Whites Road UPS store and guess what, they helped me with my packages and gave NO attitude. The guy at the this one said he is calling the police! What a joke. The lady at Whites road UPS was professional, kind and knows customer service.Never will I go to the UPS store at First Pickering Pl, 1550 Kingston Rd Unit 4, Pickering, ON L1V 6W9 ever again. Very disappointed in the treatment of people asking for help.

Absolutely flabbergasted and shocked when I got charged $8 for printing labels for 4 items. Never have I ever gotten charged for printing label. Very unprofessional not letting me know ahead of time and just assuming that customers would know. Every time I went never had issues like this. I’m in disbelief. I was caught so off guard this is insanity.

I returned a big package at the UPS store today. The staff was very friendly and guided me through the return process. I'm thankful for his assistance and highly recommend this UPS store.
