I will have to reiterate the sentiments of previous reviews for this location.
I had a high-end item sent to the store for pickup, received an email advising it was ready to be picked up.
I attended the store and the lady behind the counter told me the package was not there and that it would be delivered at a later date which made no sense based on the email I received.
I was told to leave my information and that they would contact me with an update which I never got.
Had to initiate a claim with UPS which will likely take weeks if not months to resolve.
Shifty store, avoid at all costs.

The store is still working
But the lady refused to do it saying that I have closed the system I can’t do it
A guy came after us and she is doing their work
We travelled around 45 mins to come here

Actually useless. The store front and the phone customer service. I have been waiting for a package for a week. They “attempted delivery” (they didn’t) then took it to the ups store. Told me I could pick it up. It’s a gift and I live three cities away.
I call and tell them to redeliver it. Get an email saying it’s ready for pick up two hours later. Call back, no one processed the re delivery. They said they would do it.
I call the next day. No notes about redelivery. They process it. Next day. Package has arrived email. No package. I call. After 20 minutes the employee figures out that my package was picked up by the driver to be delivered. It should be at the house. Nope.
Then she proceeded to tell me the most nonsensical piece of information ever. The drivers shift must’ve finished and he had to return to the depot with the package so I will receive it Monday. I was heading to the area the next day. But now I couldn’t get my package. Now I can’t even pick it up. She told me sorry we’re busy it’s Christmas…
After a week of me begging for them to deliver my package, they decide to “attempt” to deliver it the day before I am heading there. And again, I can’t pick it up because the people they hire here can’t do their jobs properly.
Finally Monday. I get an email saying it’s delivered. It’s not here. Either it’s on purpose, or incompetence.
I pray that UPS goes out of business so companies stop opting to use their awful service.

This place is so rude (not only to me. It the customer ahead too) mehak wouldn't allow me to use a small peice of tape to close up a box which I did not get a chance to do so. Places like puralator have no issues in the past. Recommend using puralator over ups.

This is the best UPS location in the Durham Region! It was my first time visiting, and I was so impressed with their excellent customer service. A very kind and energetic young lady helped me with my packaging last week—she was managing so many things at once yet still remained so helpful and professional. May God bless her for her hard work and kindness!😊

These clowns want to charge $2 to return your Amazon package. I don't know what type of scam they think they're running but they could go straight to hell with that. Be careful of these con artists

For 2 minutes job they took 1 hour & still couldn’t do the job. Staff was very rude & more importantly very incompetent. Don’t know how to operate the machines.

It’s probably a fine place for returns if you do everything at home. It cost me $2.90 to print a shipping label which is excessive but I was okay with. I brought my box open bc I have to put part of the label inside, and they said $2 to tape it. $2 for one strip of tape? Insane, I walked out

This UPS Store has consistently delivered great service every time I visit. The staff are always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which makes errands so much easier. One of the ladies at the counter in particular always goes out of her way to assist — if I forget tape for a package, she’s more than happy to help seal it for me without hesitation.
The atmosphere is efficient but welcoming, and they never make you feel rushed or like you’re just another number. Whether it’s shipping something, printing, or picking up mail, the experience is always smooth.
I genuinely appreciate the level of care they put into their service. Highly recommended, and I never mind making the trip there — it’s always a hassle-free experience.

The customer service here is extremely disappointing. They’re charging an additional $2 per box just to tape the package, which feels unreasonable and unnecessary. Instead of assisting customers and providing a basic service as part of the packaging process, they’re adding extra charges for something as simple as taping, which really shows poor service and lack of customer care.

Perfect customer service
