“Just came from Dallas, TX and the splash shield became loose on the way. I wanted to fix it back and git rid of the twine ropes I had to use during the trip. I was turned down by another bodyshop who I googled before going to that area, they apologized after they knew what help I needed (did not make business sense to them). While driving down Kingston I came across Rainbow Auto Sales and Garage and stopped to ask if they can help. Mr.Rida at the office was extremely friendly and professional as I explained to him the matter. He said they will check it out. They were busy, all the bays had cars, so I was thinking, how long would I have to wait for such a small job. In less than 5 minutes, a great mechanic (Waqeem) came by asking for they keys. They vacated one of the bays to check the car, got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. and also checked a sound that I had while reversing and assured me there is nothing wrong. As I headed to the office to ask for the charge, the lady at the office answered me saying, we do not charge for this little things!!! I was like WHATT, ARE YOU SURE! She said yes, you are good to go. Since this car is my son's first car in Canada, I took their business card and told my son to use them for anything mechanical, A/C or regular service. I took the car to my k chanc and had it insp ctd there were a few issues and toufic got them fixed right away. And after a month and half or driving the car winshield motor died and I messaged him if he was able to help me with it. Peter was able to quickly zero in the cause of the problem and fix it, and the bill was less than we sometimes pay for servicing our modern car. “So I was looking for a particular type of car and these people had exactly what I was looking for at the price range I was able to afford. I have never bought a car before with out seeing it in person and I have never payed for a car before I had seen and test drives it but. They had what I was after. So I trusted Yousif after I talked to him about the car. He did not tell me a load of frap to sell the car and showed me the flaws to the best of his ability. He handled everything so I just had to show up and drive it home. I am happy with the car and would recommend sixth gear motors to anyone who wants a car at a reasonable price that has not been polished up to hide issues. They were honest and straight forward with me”
