Value Village is a thrift store offering a wide variety of used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Customers appreciate the store's helpful staff, who provide service that makes shopping enjoyable. The store is well-organized with plenty of space to browse. While many find authentic clothes here, and the store plays a positive role in the community by offering a sustainable shopping option and supporting nonprofits, some customers have noted downsides. For instance, some items may be in poor condition, like leggings that had an overwhelming smell of smoke. Additionally, the footwear, especially sneakers, can be quite worn. Some customers have also mentioned feeling overwhelmed by staff hovering during checkout. Despite these issues, shoppers can still discover good quality items in the books, games, kitchenware, tech, and sports sections, so it's best to inspect items closely before buying.
Found VHS Jurassic Parks I & II for 4$. Decent for clothing and kitchen items, but please clean it first.

They've made some improvements to the customer experience since my last donation. The marked laneway and drive-up service are game-changers. Well done!

I used to resent the prices compared to the Salvation Army; but really, thank goodness a successful secondhand box store exists. Do not support a throwaway culture. Find authentic clothes here.
