“Going into a Tommy Bahama store is always a great experience especially where the staff are fully engaged. I shop in St Petersburg Fla, and the wonderful store overlooking the lakes in Muskoka, Canada.I was in the latter store only a few days ago. Great atmosphere, excellent presentation in the store and a staff that worked well together. The latter is not always apparent in retail today.One item was ordered in for me and within a couple of days I had the call that it was available for pick up etc. Excellent.In sharing my time in both Canada and the US as well as some world travel I have found TB to be the perfect fit for all occasions.”
“Last night's supper at Portside was 5-star on any system. The food, service and ambiance were spectacularly good in relation to other Muskoka restaurants we have visited this year. It is a pity for locals that they are soon closing for this season. We have had some history of experience at this location, going back to our first time when it was Loondocks. The first night was like last night, maybe even better, but then the restaurant located in this excellent location delivered increasingly shabby experience IMO ... so much so, that we stopped going when we were here at our cottage. Noting a change in name and decor (we did not come E in 2024), we decided to try it again. Whomever is running the show now has really turned things around brilliantly. MANY KUDOS! Given opportunity, we will be back and once again we'll be recommending the place enthusiastically to others.”
