“The staff here are all nice and helpful, including April who helped me out a bunch today. And despite being trans and weird, I don't feel judged for it here.
That being said, I would definitely note that the management of this franchise does not seem to have much regard for the the staff nor the customers. The oft-mentioned 10PM sign is still up despite being inaccurate. Moreover, the store is chronically understaffed to the detriment of everyone involved. The staff do their best and it shows, but they deserve better. Classic corporate management trying to save a few bucks. Seriously, is profit really that important? So, to be clear, the 5 stars are for the staff, not Loblaws.”
