“Decided to stop in while in Cobourg recently and I have to say it's been a while since I've seen such a great selection of shoes. I could easily have purchased multiple pairs, but was able to restrain myself to one pair for now. I have to give a shout out to Maddy for her great customer service. To end the sale perfectly, I found a lovely pen and a 'thank you' card, signed by all the sales staff, in the bag when I got home! Sometimes it's the small touches that make the biggest difference.
