“Rob Odd and team, went more than the second mile to try and solve a very frustrating purchasing experience for me, It was totally not their fault. Weatherwall windows, the manufacturer sent incorrect windows. When the final, almost correct, order arrived 4 plus months after ordering, Rob delivered them himself, unpacked them, packed all the cardboard from the wrong order and took it away. He took out the panels/vents for the incorrect frames and demonstrated how they fit in the new ones. He even gave me some compensation more than the window company would. Totally top notch customer service. 5 star service all the way.. Thanks.”
