“I will have to try the restaurant half of it next. We came in looking for an Italian cheese, which they did not have but the lady took the time to look it up and all things about it. She asked everything about our weekend. Had a good chat. We picked up a few cheeses. That is our treat for home.
I run a brick and mortar establishment. Customer service and their experience is a big deal to me. Certainly not what most places offer now.
However, this felt like they were invested in the customer. My wife and I will be back to get more.”
