The Port Perry branch staff are incredible, friendly, and helpful with great smiles and attitudes. They are knowledgeable, practical, patient, and supportive, going above and beyond. The branch has a great small-town feel with a cute community charity setup. While there have been unexpected closures due to staff shortages, the same amazing faces provide 5-star customer service and are always willing to assist.

Great branch overall. I've had a few interactions with Lori, and felt compelled to write after my experience today. Lori goes above and beyond in her role at this branch. Lori is very knowledgeable, practical, helpful, and patient. 5* customer service!!! Thanks for being amazing, Lori.

Branch Manager, Dave and the staff at this Branch have been incredibly helpful and supportive dealing with Estate issues. Even though I don’t personally bank at Scotia they have been so wonderful during this difficult time.
