They brought me into an office and took the time to patiently walk through everything with me, breaking things down in a way that actually made sense.
I had a long list of things I needed to figure out, and by the time I left we had worked through all of them. What could have easily turned into multiple appointments and a lot of confusion was handled in one visit thanks to their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help.
