“**I wanted to edit my original review. Customer service was amazing and called me this morning. Both of my items were available for pickup today (I actually missed one of the pickup emails in my junk folder) and they are as beautiful as they always are. Really appreciated the phone call!

They have wonderful products but the delivery times are very frustrating. I ordered 2 separate items at the beginning of November so that I would have them in time for Christmas. Only one of those items is ready and I went to pickup at the Guelph pickup location and it is closed until further notice. There is never much solution from customer service. As beautiful as their items are, I wouldn’t order again simply because wait times seem to be double what they say they will be. It was supposed to be 3 weeks plus shipping and it’s been well over 5 weeks for both. Who knows when the pickup location will be open again. These are two items I won’t have for Christmas now!”

“Recently , I shopped at Osh Kosh B’Gosh for clothes for my toddler and I bought a gift card for someone.

Loved the fleece/fuzzy sleepers that are Christmas themed. The Christmas sweaters also were thick and looked well made. Cute designs that are festive too!

I also picked up socks for my daughter because we lose socks easily! I liked the selection of socks, they also come in packs of 6 socks which is ideal.

The pricing for the Christmas sleepers were great too!

Love the styles, prices and selection. I just wish there was more bigger sized sleepers.

The employe was also kind and greeted me when I entered the store and helped me find something.

“Staff is pretty hands off but nice enough. Sale racks are disorganized and cluttered. Change rooms are clean and a good size. Love the clothes! Lots of sizes and inclusive.”
