“Much smaller than most other Canex stores, very limited selection of products, at typically horrible Canex prices. Occasionally they'll have a sale price which is at least comparable to those of other retailers, and once had an item marked so low that I immediately purchased it and someone may have lost their job over that.
Employees are much nicer than anywhere else, though, and the price matching policy is considerably less draconian than Walmart's.”

Initially I was supposed to go to Belleville .... but had to go to Trenton ... where I went ( which required back tracking) . I guess phone calls would have helped.
Their inventory lists in Belleville were inaccurate and they never received any for my raincheck... but Trenton got a few.
Other than that .. A-OK.”

Despite my home Walmart refusing to assist, I called this location, and Luanne was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to provide everything the store needed to retrieve my receipt and issue my refund. Her assistance made a frustrating situation much easier, and I really appreciate her great customer service!”

“Emma the Customer Service Manager was amazing. Purchased a watch a few weeks ago and she was able to assist me finding a receipt online. She was extremely busy so I left my info with her. After I purchased a vaccuum I waited for my order at McDonalds. She found me in the restaurant and handed me the receipt! I offered to buy her a treat but she declined as it is against store policy. Give this Girl some recognition! She was extremely professional and friendly! Thank you Emma!”
