“I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago.
I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel.
I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me.
I left a message at Murphy's.
Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later.
Dave was busy but took the time to take my car for a ride and put it up on the hoist to take a look.
Half an hour later, I was handed my keys and told that there was no charge.
I had a bent backing plate that was rubbing on my rotor when I turned and Dave fixed it.
He also let me know that my pads were at 20% so I'd need a brake job soon.
I think I'll trust Murphy's for that!”
