“Today I visited the branch to make an international transfer and had a wonderful experience with Raj Bansi.
I originally went in person because I wasn’t able to successfully complete the international transfer using the bank’s mobile app before. Raj kindly explained that the transfer could actually be done through the app and that it would save a $50 fee. Even though I told him I had tried before and it didn’t work, he was incredibly patient and walked me through the entire process step by step on my phone.
He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable before proceeding. With his help, the transfer went through smoothly, and I also learned how to use the app properly for future transfers. Since international transfers involve a large amount of money, his guidance made me feel very safe and reassured — making a mistake would be very stressful and difficult to fix.
This honestly felt like the best Christmas gift I could receive this year: saving $50 and gaining the confidence to use the app on my own. The money is for my own learning and to support my children, which made this experience even more meaningful to me.

“I have been using DUCA for more than 30 years for all of my business banking needs. Their fees are very low for small businesses, and even lower for personal savings accounts. They also rebate you yearly with shares which can be redeemed for cash (not immediately, but better than any bank will do). They are friendly, Ramsey Fasho, the branch manager has always gone out of his way to make me feel like a highly valued client.They even sponsor "movie night in the park" in Richmond Hill in the Summer for free!I highly recommend you check them out.”

“I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this TD branch. My experience here has been nothing short of outstanding, EVERY SINGLE TIME. In fact, this is hands down the best banking experience I’ve had in Canada. Sonia, Vivian, and Ryan are incredible professionals who treat every customer with genuine care and patience. I used to bank with RBC and the difference in service is night and day. At RBC, the service attitude there was awful, cold, and dismissive. Here, the staffs literally remember me, greet me warmly, and take the time to ensure everything is done right the first time.
I can tell you that these people work hard and I’ve seen how calmly they deal with difficult or impatient customers. It’s unfair to judge them based on one-off negative experiences, especially when many complaints seem to come from people who haven’t even engaged with the staff properly.
