“Many years ago, when I was a student, I used to order my meat from Persian Meat. I would always ask for Mr. Ahad. Whenever I placed an order, I’d simply tell him it was for myself and he would kindly take care of the rest.

When he asked how much I needed, I often didn’t know. He would patiently explain what I should order, prepare everything for me and even show me how to properly open and use the packaging.

For years, I continued ordering from Persian Meat. Even after I moved farther away and had to drive an hour to get there, I still preferred to go back. Whenever I was in the area, I would call in advance and place my order.

I did try other places for convenience or just to explore different options but none matched the quality, customer service or patience I experienced there.
