They were frozen but cooked perfectly once thawed. When we go to Toronto we will be stocking up. Sure wish Link Haus would expand to London!”

“I love the Kensington location. However, I live much closer to the Gerrard & Coxwell location, so this is the one I visit most often. The quality of the meat and other products is excellent, and the selection is thoughtfully curated. My four star rating is based almost entirely on the customer service rather than the products themselves. The staff could be friendlier and take customers’ questions more seriously. To be fair, on most visits it has seemed like there was some kind of issue or the staff were simply in a bad mood. On two separate occasions, we arrived shortly before closing and were told we couldn’t be served, even though the store was still open. As a small business owner myself, I find that disappointing. In my view, you’re either open or you’re closed. Closing tasks should be done before or after business hours whenever possible, but customers who arrive during posted operating hours should still be welcomed and served. The products are outstanding, and that’s what keeps me coming back. With a more welcoming attitude and a stronger focus on customer service, this location would easily earn five stars.”
