“I was initially a snob that would only shop at specific stores for my kids' stuff until one Halloween four years ago, I came here out of desperation and I have been a customer ever since. I love that I can ALWAYS find something for my kids whether I come here looking for something specific or 'just because'. The store is large, with lots of stuff, but it's well sorted so it's easy to navigate. They always have stuff that is on sale (like 50% off books or specific clothing items) I have only bought, never sold stuff here, but I find that some of these reviews are quite unfair. The staff have been incredibly kind over the years and shared excellent free educaional tips. I would recommend this place.”

“I've ordered several things online and they all arrived in perfect condition. I had to return 2 sleep sacks bought during a sale and didn't realize it was store credit only but it is stated in their policy and I will buy more for my baby so I didn't mind the store credit since it can also be used online.The returns I did in store and it was so lovely talking to Paula. I was wary of the store based on the reviews but honestly, the store is so nice and so many things to look at. I also preordered the Joolz Aer+ and WestCoast Kids was the only baby store online that sold it during the Black Friday weekend. It was even discounted! I can't wait to receive it!”

The sales associates are friendly and also helped me find some items I saw online but just couldn't find myself. Love coming here for the service and they always have my size!
