“I don't live right around the corner from Style Encore Richmond Hill, so I usually have to drive a bit to get there. But honestly, I keep coming back because I almost always walk out with something I love. The clothes are gently worn but in great shape, and they have a nice, classy feel to them. It's not the kind of secondhand store where you have to dig through piles of junk. You can tell they pick their pieces carefully.
The staff are consistently friendly. Every time I walk in, someone gives me a quick rundown on whatever sales are happening, which saves me from having to wander around guessing. It's a small thing, but it makes the visit feel more welcoming and efficient.
The fitting rooms are spacious and clean, so trying things on is actually pleasant. I never feel cramped or rushed.
My only minor complaint is that the selection can vary from visit to visit. Sometimes it's fantastic, other times it's just okay. But I've never left empty-handed, and my trip never feels wasted. I'll definitely keep coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, stylish secondhand fashion.”

They sell almost anything you need for the beautification of home and family clothing needs etc. they carry lots of well known mid-level brand name products and you will often get one off finds you don't see elsewhere. They often have high end Italian designer sunglasses that are much less than other stores. Good selection of shoes too. It's one of the smaller locations. Well organized. Clean. You still must be prepared to hunt for the deals though. Friendly staff. Special shout out to store associate Zac! That young man is genuinely happy and warm. He treats customers well and makes the shopping experience more pleasant. Lots of parking available in shared plaza parking lot. Store is open till 9 pm daily”
