Customer service is incredible and awesome, with support staff who answer all questions to help customers make an educated purchase. Shipping is always quick and items arrive in excellent condition. The store is efficient with returns and replacements and will do a price match without hassle. It is a favourite spot and my new favorite website for electronics.
Bought the SVS PB 1000 PRO and wasn't happy with it. Reached out to support and Mason was awesome. Tried to understand why I'm asking for a replacement and suggested alternatives when I wasn't sure what to get. When it came time to replace, he coordinated the return and replacement to be done by the same person too.
