“Good place to go to buy bulk purchases. Clothing is good too. Rotisserie chicken available if you don't want to cook. Buy a salad and fries and eat this with chicken. Hotdog special and poutine are amazing.”
“Very poor customer service/ I Went shopping today and your cashier on loading the items put two items at the bottom of the cart which I did not see on transferring my purchases to my car I immdiately call the Warehouse to find out if some one return my missed items to the store. only to be transferred to to five different departments to no one able to help. “I had a great experience at Costco's tire and battery centre. I went in to get a new battery for my car, and Joe provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain Costco's new battery policy so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process was fast, easy, and hassle-free. It's always appreciated when someone is both efficient and genuinely helpful. Thanks, Joe, for making the experience so smooth!”
