“I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. Needless to say, I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

“Fida Hussein provided exceptional customer service and made an impactful customer experience at the rental desk on Jan.7th, 2026. He should definitely receive an excellent performance review for going above his job duties as he walked myself and my friend to the rental cargo van and even proceeded to take the ice off the windshield. I thanked him and offered to do it myself as he is more than capable of doing the job but I really respected him as my elderly father so I didn't want him to strain himself.

Also, I was really disappointed at the outside attendant, no names mentioned, that was supposed to do all the car checks and he should have been the one to clear the ice from the cargo can, but he disappeared. I did say no names mentioned but I did write the date above so that a follow up can be done with the outside lot attendant. Not sure where he went but he left myself, my friend and Fida Hussein to fend for ourselves. Fida Hussein responsibilities were at the desk and not in the lot, and like I said, he went above and beyond his responsibilities and duties.

When driving the car we did not realize that the ice had not been cleared off the roof. I was driving and when I braked the cargo van at one of the intersections all the ice came down onto the windshield of the car from the roof and myself and my friend could have definitely got into an accident or further yet been in a very dangerous situation. This is and would have been a liability issue for home depot and this was not pursued further as with God Blessings, there was no probable and possible situation.”
