“Super impressed from start to finish. We were considering adding some built-in storage into our guest room. We reached out to Jib who was great with the initial estimate/communication. He even drove out to Waterloo to show us samples and take measurements so he could give us an accurate estimate before we paid the deposit. He laid out all the possible customizations from the more budget-friendly to more high-end, but never pushed us into anything impractical. In the end, we got exactly what we were envisioning, and are really impressed by the quality.
Pricing was fair and installation happened within 2-3 weeks of paying the deposit. The installers were awesome, friendly, and left the area spotless.
Unfortunately we don't need any more built-ins, otherwise I would totally hit Jib up again! These days it's rare to find an honest business that does great work.”

“My husband and I had an excellent experience with Melonie in the appliance section yesterday. We went in to purchase a dryer to replace our broken one. Melonie was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us recommendations with space to make a decision without being pushy like some sales people are. She even recommended a product to clean my washer gasket which I appreciated when I brought up a concern to her. I recommend dealing with her for your appliance needs and look forward to my new dryer!”
“Fida Hussein provided exceptional customer service and made an impactful customer experience at the rental desk on Jan.7th, 2026. He should definitely receive an excellent performance review for going above his job duties as he walked myself and my friend to the rental cargo van and even proceeded to take the ice off the windshield. I thanked him and offered to do it myself as he is more than capable of doing the job but I really respected him as my elderly father so I didn't want him to strain himself.
Also, I was really disappointed at the outside attendant, no names mentioned, that was supposed to do all the car checks and he should have been the one to clear the ice from the cargo can, but he disappeared. I did say no names mentioned but I did write the date above so that a follow up can be done with the outside lot attendant. Not sure where he went but he left myself, my friend and Fida Hussein to fend for ourselves. Fida Hussein responsibilities were at the desk and not in the lot, and like I said, he went above and beyond his responsibilities and duties.
When driving the car we did not realize that the ice had not been cleared off the roof. I was driving and when I braked the cargo van at one of the intersections all the ice came down onto the windshield of the car from the roof and myself and my friend could have definitely got into an accident or further yet been in a very dangerous situation. This is and would have been a liability issue for home depot and this was not pursued further as with God Blessings, there was no probable and possible situation.”

“I have recently visited twice the homeware section of the Canadian Tire store at 2900 Major Mac East. Both time, I was assisted by a highly professional Canadian Tire staff “Layla”. She is extremely knowledgeable about various products in the store, and has an excellent attitude in dealing with customers. She listened to my inquiry patiently, and suggested various options with clear pros and cons of each option. I did not feel at any point that she was rushing to complete a sale just for the sake of selling, instead she was there to support me throughout the selection process in a friendly and professional manner. “I've gone to many specialized plumbing stores as well as the orange big box store and couldn't find the proper plumbing adaptors to attach my new workstation sink to the existing drain. Thought I'd try Rona+ in Maple as my last resort. Lo and behold, they did not only have the fittings I was desperately looking for, but also offered a highly experienced sales rep (Michael) to help design the pieced in order to ultimately address my unique situation. This experience turned out extremely beneficial for me, as I was contemplating an elaborate project of breaking into the ceiling of my basement in order to lower the drain. A huge thank-you goes to Michael, from the plumbing department at the Maple Rona+ store. I think I'm going to make Rona my go-to DIY store.”
