“Been here many times. Service has been so so most times but today a young man named Nathanael saw us with a heavy boxed toilet as we were exciting store. He immediately offered assistance. He lifted the heavy item by himself and made sure it was properly secured in the rear of our car. He was polite and very helpful. Home Depot needs more Nathanaels!”
