“After much research I concluded that Stannah chairlift products would meet and even exceed everything myself and my wife will need for many years to come and now that the installation is complete I can state we were 100% right. The entire process from the first visit by the salesperson, Jamie until the installation by Jeff went extremely smooth - we had the chairlift delivered and installed in less than 4 business days which is truly amazing. Jamie explained to us in great detail each and every one of the available options and what we really appreciated was that at no point we felt pressured into making a decision or even choosing Stannah over any other supplier out there. Despite him being a young person, Jamie is a truly remarkable professional. Jeff came to our place on the day scheduled for installation about 10 minutes earlier but waited patiently outside until the agreed start time. He did his work without wasting any time and the quality of his workmanship is simply impeccable. After three hours, when everything was complete he ran the demonstration of how the chairlift works, its safety features and walked me through various troubleshooting codes and their meaning. Not for a single second he lost his patience with me as surely I had a lot of questions so I make sure I have everything covered.
