The service in that store is always exceptional! Sheila is always knowledgeable, helpful and kind and above all does a great job to keep the customers. That location is 40 minutes from me, and I will keep coming here despite the distance. Thank you for being amazing!

Would love to thank Sheila at the Yonge and 16th location. She helped me find the right treats for my dog (pancreatitis, low fat diet). Sheila is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Excellent customer service. I had a great experience, highly recommended. Look forward to seeing her again.
