While most reviews highlight positive experiences, there was an issue with an online order, which involved missing parts and receiving a floor model instead of the ordered product. This dissatisfaction led to a customer deciding not to order online again. Despite this, the store remains a recommended destination for those seeking variety, expert guidance, and modern furniture for their home or office. Overall, Structube Richmond Hill is seen as a reliable place to find stylish furniture with friendly customer service.

I have purchased many pieces of furniture here… two beds, sofa, chair, coffee table, side table, etc. Always very happy with the quality of the products. Excellent prices as well. Once had a minor problem and they resolved it quickly and easily. Friendly professional people on the floor. Highly recommended!
