“I highly recommend Ray’s Picture Frame! As an artist, I brought many of my artworks to Ray for custom framing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Ray was incredibly patient and took the time to help me select the right mat and frame for each individual artwork. His expertise, years of experience, and artistic eye made the whole process so much easier. He gave me professional advice while also giving me the time and freedom to make the final choices myself.
Every piece was completed on time, with extremely accurate measurements and perfect alignment. The materials were excellent, and the finished work was clean, neat, and beautifully done.
It’s clear that Ray truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. I have complete confidence in him, and without a doubt, I will continue bringing my artwork to Ray’s Picture Frame for all my future framing needs.
Thank you, Ray, for your patience, expertise, and excellent craftsmanship!”

“Mahmood was very knowledgeable and helpful with mattress selection. Worked with us in our budget and helped us find the mattress we enjoyed without feeling pressured or rushed to make a decision. Definitely look out for him for your next mattress or pillow sale!”
“I was in the area waiting for a friend and wanted to kill some time. The One's Better Living franchise has been around for decade(s?) and you can find quality home products at a decent price- for your kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, home decor, kid's toys, super soft, squishy pillows- you get what I mean lol. They were also playing Asian pop music in the background that really gets you singin' XD
My all-time favourite part is checking out the stationery section :) Those cute gel pens were my childhood favourite, and you can still find them here! I found these super cute red pockets that are about 1.20 a pack, and I stocked up a few for CNY next year :P The staff usually don't bother you, and let's you shop while they stock up the shelves. The lady helping us check out was friendly and courteous.
P.S Parking in this plaza can be difficult sometimes. Little did I know, there is actually an underground parking lot here! I went at a less busy time on a Tuesday around 4ish :P”
“The sales representative was very welcoming, pleasant and patient with my decision. She was very helpful to show me around. She gave me space to decide, no pressure. Thank you Sabera, it was our pleasure and can't wait to see our furniture in our living room”
“Very nice store with lots of home decor. The drapes are a nice quality and there are many samples hanging for you to see. The pricing is what your average home decor store is. There are several items with clearance markdowns too. The store is clean and well kept. Free parking too!”
“I recently purchased the Renee Sectional Sofa Bed from Structube, and I’m very happy with my purchase. A special thank you to Bita at the Richmond Hill store, who was incredibly patient, calm, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer my questions and helped me make my final decision without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
The delivery was also right on time and went smoothly. Now that I have the sofa at home, I’m really happy with my choice and absolutely love it.
Thank you, Bita, and the Structube team, for such a great experience!”
