“Garrison Automotive has always provided me with great service but I was even more impressed with my last visit. I took my vehicle in for rear brake service. I dropped the car off in the evening and was notified early the next morning that the work was complete and that there would be no charge for pads or rotors under the goodwill warranty plan. I fully expected to pay for labour charges when I picked the car up but was informed there were no charges at all. I was truly surprised and I can't say enough good things about this business. “I always brought my vehicle to K&E whenever I had an issue with it. Hands down the best service which is why I never choose to go anywhere else, whenever I would call or go in they were always very nice. Always gave me their opinion on what would be the best choice for what needed to be done on the vehicle. When they thought it was time to move onto a new vehicle (due to too many repairs on an older vehicle) they let me know, and even gave me a recommendation for where I could bring it to scrap/sell (This recommendation gave me the best offer for what I could get back on my vehicle). “On Thursday, August 28, as I was traveling for work on Grand Island,, my right front passenger tire blew.. I was able to safely get into the Tops Grand Island gas station parking lot and I could not go any further. at first, I thought I would be stranded for a bit, but then realized that right across the street was the Monro Auto Service Center. I walked across the street and spoke with Darrius and Patrick. I explained to them what the situation was, and Patrick walked back across the street with me to check out the tire. Since I’ve had an all-wheel-drive vehicle for a good number of years, I knew the mileage on the tires was not going to allow me to only get one tire as I would have to replace all four. That is standard procedure. I did let them know that I understood that prior to them speaking about replacement. Normally, the size of my tire is not held in stock as it would always have to be ordered at any other place that I have ever had to do business with. But luckily for me, they DID have those tires in stock. Both Darrius and Patrick were Incredibly professional, kind, compassionate, and knew that I was under a time limitation as I had to get back to work as soon as possible. They certainly went above and beyond to service my vehicle and to make me feel extremely comfortable with the process. They knew I was under a time crunch as I was supposed to be at a clients house at a certain time and needed to get back to work as soon as possible. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes which I am so grateful for and was back out on the road to headed back to work in a timely fashion. I just want to thank them both so much for their kindness, compassion, experience, and most of all treating me like I was their only customer. I appreciate you both more than you could ever imagine, and Monro is incredibly fortunate to have you both on their team! I am obsessed with my new tires and now feel that I can travel safely anywhere because of you both. YOU ROCK❤️❤️”
