“I always brought my vehicle to K&E whenever I had an issue with it. Hands down the best service which is why I never choose to go anywhere else, whenever I would call or go in they were always very nice. Always gave me their opinion on what would be the best choice for what needed to be done on the vehicle. When they thought it was time to move onto a new vehicle (due to too many repairs on an older vehicle) they let me know, and even gave me a recommendation for where I could bring it to scrap/sell (This recommendation gave me the best offer for what I could get back on my vehicle). We had brakes, rotors, pads, and an oil change done. The next morning, we found a significant oil leak under the car (photos attached).
We called Larry, sent the pictures, and he immediately took ownership. He arranged a tow, brought the vehicle back in, diagnosed a failed oil filter, replaced it with a different brand, topped up fluids, tested everything, and returned the car — all at no charge.
Then he went a step further: he sent someone to our home to clean the oil stain from the driveway.
