“This was the first time we visited Fredericks. We found th selection of furniture stellar. The aren't kidding when they say fine furniture.We had looked in other furniture stores but none could compare to Fredericks. Their selection is very high quality and price competitive for high quality furniture. The service we received was also top notch, friendly ,helpful and unlike other places we were not trailed and hounded to buy things we were not really keen on. We were left to browse and they would provide guidance when we required it. We told them we needed to make a choice so we'd go off to lunch and decide. We did, we telephoned them advising them of you decision on what we were buying and we went back to the store and completed our purchase. Although their delivery can take weeks we explained that we had a gues arriving from Brazil and could they deliver on or before that date which is Sept 23. They went out of their way to ensure that we would receive our items within the next week or 2.We recommend this store without reservations to anyone looking for top quality furniture.”

“I wish I could respond to some of these reviews. I really like being left alone to brows so those complaining nobody approached you, I just can't relate. The staff were there to help me find sizes when I needed it and even recommended to back upstairs section where I found an absolutely gorgeous biker jacket for under $200 and I got an additional deal on it. It was not made in North America, but it was made in Pakistan, which is known for making good quality leather and leather goods (I know this as I run a business that uses top and full grain leather to make high end products). Overall it's was a fantastic experience and my bf and I ended up getting 4 leather jackets and two hats total at phenomenal prices that I haven't seen anywhere else.If you're in the market for a leather jacket and you don't want to over pay for a name brand, definitely check this place out!!!I will update this review in a yr or two and let you know how the leather holds up.”

“Excellent dealings with Dino. Found the mattress and box spring I wanted at another store. Saw that Sleep Factory carried the same Stearns and Foster. I called the store and Dino was super helpful. He helped me order the mattress and boxspring, informed me of the delivery date and ensured that the order was exactly what I wanted. Perfect. “Really nice selection of curtains and they are hanging so you can feel the texture and see how they drape. We got ours on sale and they lighten up the room but provide privacy if needed. Most importantly the backing is made of fabric so they are washable. The sales person was really helpful and made sure we had all panels of same dye lot and length. Love to go there and get ideas.”
“I'm very happy with Sleep Country and their Guelph (Stone Road) store. From the moment I walked into the store, until the point where the mattress was delivered and setup, I have been happy. They are very easy to deal with and I didn't feel pressured by the sales guy at all. He was friendly, helpful and no pressure. I picked a Dormeo mattress and box-spring. I'm very happy with my purchase. I paid a few extra dollars ($30-35) for their "White Glove Service" and to me, it was worth it. They brought the new mattress right into the house and up to the bedroom. They unpackaged it all in the house which kept the mattress fresh and clean (it's snowing and muddy out right now/January 2024). Their delivery guys were great and took their boots off at the door without me asking (were a 'no shoes" house). I just really appreciated the way I was treated all the way through and I couldn't have asked for anything more.”

“It's been 10 years since we took delivery of our sofa, loveseat and chair. It looks better now than new; now that time and use has given the leather a beautiful patina. Colour and comfort is still like new and not a squeak. Your workmanship is to be commended. With renovations now on the horizon, we look forward to adding another piece.”
