“We recently bought a beautiful bed(made in British Columbia, Canada🥳) from the bedroom division of this store. That part of the store is closing and the inventory is being moved to the main store.
There was a great selection from which to choose and Mariza was very knowledgeable and helpful to us.
There was a minor glitch in getting the mattress delivered from Toronto to Guelph, but after we stopped in the store we were able to get it sorted out.
Nathan and Zeon delivered and set it up for us, and also removed our old mattress and box spring.
What a great couple of guys…so kind and helpful, explaining about the tag info etc. They definitely get a 5⭐review.
We are very pleased with the quality of the bed, mattress and service.”

“I wanted o share my recent experience at Rug & Weave, and I believe experiences are worth an email. I visited the store about two weeks ago on the hunt for area rugs, a literal 9 month ordeal for me, and met Hannah on your team.

Within the past few months I've been to Must/Home Societe, West Elm, Elte, Structubes, EQ3s, carpet stores, etc etc., and the service and experience with Hannah has been superior, ten times over. I came in with a vision and limited knowledge about area rugs, and she provided the best shopping and design experience I've had in a long time. She has been incredibly friendly and helpful, and has offered the best advice for my goals and space. It is also worth noting that she has been anything but pushy, which is something I've experienced in places I've listed.

I've driven in a couple times from downtown Toronto and I know I could find these rugs elsewhere, but I wanted to deal with Hannah. I'm very appreciative of all of her help and wanted to share this with you.

No pressure sales, just an extremely knowledgeable sales person, who took our needs and home environment, and suggested a design to meet that need.
