Hardware Stores near Russell, ON

“I went in looking for an aperatus to hang my recycling bins from my garage walls (see photos below). Having done some online research ahead of time, I noted that my local Home Hardware had five in stock and surprisingly they were the cheapest of all their competitors (including large online retailers).

Given the lower price and the limited number in stock, I was sure they would likely be impossible for me or the staff to find. Rather that waste my time looking for a needle in a haystack, I went directly to customer service where one employee (or perhaps a manager) was training an employee one some sort of store procedure. When I approached them they immediately paused their conversation and turned their attention to me. I told them what I was looking for and the manager told me without any hesitation that they were up at the front of the store and that she would show me exactly where they were. She walked me right to them and, to my amazement, I noted that they actually did have five of them in stock as per the website. I picked up two and checked out quickly and without incident.

Although I don't shop at this Home Hardware frequently, I've visited before. Every time I go, I'm really impressed by their excellent customer service. It's tough to find good customer service these days, but this particular location absolutely nails it!”

“Awesome personal customer service, any issues they will be resolved if it is a product, warranty or delivery time and not client / end user personality issues. Keep your emotions out of it when rating a business. Great selection, prices, stock, staff I encourage you to buy here live or on line. Thx.”

“We bought a beautiful BBQ from RONA for the cottage and absolutely love it. We have purchased multiple items from this store, from construction materials to various hardware supplies.”
