Front desk person did not acknowledge my status as a Diamond elite member and the hallways smell of stale smoke. Bed is quite stiff and uncomfortable

Locations good and hotel itself is clean. However, poorly managed. The hotel had new t.vs installed in rooms and rented them out before the new t.v were set up, front desk said there was nothing they could do, so the tv was just for show. Room also didn't have a microwave, which was odd and a mild inconvenience.
