“Kudos to the Book Keeper for bringing Rick Mercer to Sarnia today, however, I wish it had been at a different venue.Four Points by Sheraton is more like a conference meeting/slideshow type of hall.I didn’t get to see Rick Mercer at all until after the show at the book signing as he was seated in a chair on a very short/low elevated platform at the front of the room and I had no visibility of him .While speaking, if Rick turned his head to the left his mic cut out and I missed most of what was said at that time.I didn’t hear any of the questions asked by the audience of 600 people because they were not repeated by anyone with a microphone.Of course, Rick’s performance was outstanding and the book signing was flawless. Again, thank you to the bookkeeper for bringing such a Canadian great to Sarnia.Well done !!”
