We tried to see if they would fit … no luck , so the costumer representative , Sandra, drove them to my house , no charge , just from the goodness of her heart…. How fantastic is this? I had no problem finding help and almost every associate I passed smiled and said hello and when I needed help getting my purchase in the car, the nice young man at the customer service desk helped so i didn’t have to wait. It was a very pleasant visit and i appreciate it.”
“The last 2 days of Rona shopping have been amazing.I approached the cashier and her name is Courtney and I explained I was looking for another employee whose name I couldn't remember who worked outside and she mentioned and pointed to the employee and his name is Tom.Thank you very much for my shopping experience.I always enjoy my time at rona and this evening Courtney and Tom made my experience awesome and aging for buying the mulch I needed for my backyard.My backyard project is almost finished.Thank you to all the staff at rona because last night I picked up mulch and soil I think the guys name is ishnan amd another guy helped me put the soil amd mulch into my car amd wete very positive employees at rona!!See you all soon and I'll be updating once I catch the names of all the employees I always ask help.
