“I went into town on Thursday because I needed an outfit for a funeral. I was greeted as soon as I went in, and was asked if I needed help. I'm usually a very private no-help shopper, but I was short on time, and the lady who asked seemed super nice so I explained that I had a funeral in 45 minutes, and she kicked into turbo gear - but without making me feel frazzled/rushed. She picked out a couple pairs of pants for me, and then grabbed shirts as well. She listened to my preferences (darker colours, collars etc) and brought me things that matched those wants. She had me out in 10 minutes and super happy with some of the best service I've received in a while. Will definitely return in the future. Thanks for all the help!!!”

“Some of the clothes can be ok you really have to look for the ones that fit and are fashionable .the tend to look like more for the outdoors ie gal .instead of dress up gal .I find.The prices can range from low too high .. but they can go on sale .”

“Do a lot of online shopping but went into the Marks location at Lambton mall because I was looking for a pair of everyday shoes. They happened to have a buy one, get second at 50% sale so took advantage of that. The employee who cashed me out, Chris, was super friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service that I haven’t seen in a long time anywhere.”

“I had by this store so many times, thinking it was for young people. This one particular day, my Wife wanted to go in and have a look. I wandered in behind her and just happened to a pair of casual sleep pants and couldn't believe the price. When I checked them through, the Cashier said there was no cash returns, only exchanges. I said that is fine and bought them. My Wife seen a winter hat which she liked and as She was ready to check out, the Cashier told her to pick out another hat and a belt all for the one price. She was wonderfully surprised. Looks like they have two new customers.”
