Whether it being honest and saying I should go somewhere else because they aren’t confident they could order the parts (they did their due diligence to check on part availability for themselves before blindly taking on the work).

“Justin is the man! I was in St Sault Marie for the weekend and my car battery died on my Mercedes CLS 550, I had to drive 800km home and nobody would take my car in, he did it with no hesitation even though he was fully booked , and I was on the road within 30 minutes! I can’t recommend them enough, they saved me! He is honest and very fair with pricing. If you have a German vehicle or any vehicle in fact, go here!! You won’t regret it.”

Chris had a tire for my wheel, he told me to bring the wheel in when I got a chance, and when I did he changed it on the spot. Super cheap install and tire. Can’t thank you enough Chris.”
