“On a road trip from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario, I had some truck issues late in the evening near Sault Ste Marie. I stayed over night and called Classic on a Friday morning, explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They road tested, diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road very quickly, which was very appreciated!I could have been stuck in Sault over the weekend waiting for service, but Al and his techs were so very kind and professional. If you are traveling thru and need assistance or living in the area, I definitely recommend them for all services!”

“Jiggers is the place to go for exhaust issues, fast and honest service. Another shop quoted 800 plus for exhaust leak wanted to change cats and muffler when it was just a broken flange joint. Jiggers welded it up and it's back to new for 50$ this is my exhaust shop from now on”

“If you're reading these google reviews, it's probably because you need to get your car fixed and you're not sure where to go.Trust me, this is one of the times you can just trust the google reviews.I was driving through the Soo with three kids and a dog, towing the trailer for a week of camping, when my jeep started spraying oil everywhere!I called Reliable, and they were booked for a couple days - actually a good sign when you think about it - but got me in as soon as they could a couple days later. That worked out great, because I got to enjoy the first couple sunny days on the beach, and then my appointment was on the first rainy day!Reliable is an old family business for like 7 decades, and now Ben and his team are continuing that tradition.They were friendly from the start, and only took a few minutes to diagnose the source of the leak - a cracked oil cooler.When no supplier in town had another OEM part in stock, Ben went to work and tracked down an after-market version that is even better, since it is aluminum and won't crack like the OEM plastic one did (a known issue with jeeps, if you google). It was a 3 hour job to replace it, so Ben offered to give me a drive somewhere. When I asked to go to walmart, I didn't realise it was 10 minutes away on the opposite side of city, but Ben drove me himself no problem. I got all my shopping done, and then Ben sent a driver to come pick me up. What service!When I got back Paul the technician who did the work was very friendly and showed me the broken oil cooler and let me see exactly how it had failed. He told me all about the work he had done so that I could really appreciate the job. Paul also went and checked the other fluids for me, and also replaced some unrelated bolts that he saw were missing! No charge for that on the invoice that I could see. The final bill was only a few dollars more than the estimate because they had to add some oil, and in total - although more than I had to spend on car repairs right now - was much less than the horror stories I had read online of other jeep owners.So not only did these guys do great work and great service, but I really enjoyed talking with them. You pretty much felt like you'd been friends for a while - old buddies maybe. It's enough to make me want to live in the Soo so that this could be my regular shop!So if you're in trouble, trust me, just call these guys!”

“I called Dan to repair my PS4 when I couldn’t get it to turn on. He was always friendly, and throughly explained what he diagnosed as the issue with it. I really appreciated the convenience of his willingness to pick up and drop off the console. He provided pictures of the unit before and after it was reconditioned, as well as pictures of the device working. Although in the end there was more than one issue with it, Dan was willing to make it right by picking the unit up more than once to further diagnose it. Thanks for saving me money and getting my console back up and running.”
