“My orders are always ready and kept cold or frozen for me. As a migraine sufferer i am careful what i eat & the m&m food has no preservatives or added flavoring, which im sensitive too. And the food is yummy.”
“A great local business with friendly workers. The more I shop here, the more I like it. The meat alone is worth the trip. Many specialty items. The store is beautifully designed and maintained. UPDATE: I tried Pino's hot pizza slices for the first time--awesome!”
“Great selection of pre prepared meals, friendly staff. Went looking for cheesy nacho chicken strips, they were sold out but provided me with a rain check. Highly recommend.”
“It's a good grocery store, It's nothing special, they got what you need but if your looking fo fancy stuff, I wouldnt come here to look for it.
Sometimes they got good deals on meat but often times they got deals on box meals like KD.
Their app is useful to see their deals they have at any time, I often use that and I'll pick and choose what I buy from here. I shop at no frills usually but when their app has a better deal I make a trip up to this place. They have another food basics in the city which is closer, but their location helps draw people in because it's close to other useful places.”
“Awesome place great staff plenty of parking . Always have whats in the flyer. I have three boys so I spend at least 800 bucks a week in food and metro usually has the best deals on meat”
“Very impressed with this store! I live in the Toronto area and this store helps me be able to deliver gift baskets to my family, they are always so accommodating and so kind and really work with you to make it exactly as you want! They will always be my go to! And I will be buying all food from there on my next visit! Thanks for the amazing customer service!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟”
“We drove 6 hours to get to Canada just to buy some Liberte yogurt (no longer available in the US) and this place had plenty!! Nice folks were met in the store too.”
“Power went out while we were shopping. The cashier's worked quickly on backup power to check everyone out before their generator ran out. They made it fun. Good job”
“We love this place. Take away is excellent. Best samosas in town. The grocery store has everything you need. They have a butcher and we only buy our meat here. Extra marks for having fresh Asian meat and spices!”
“Hey romes you have wonderful human working at your store!!!
It's unfortunate that many stores appear to neglect the welfare of their delivery drivers. Nevertheless, I had a positive encounter with a store that showed genuine concern for its drivers. After completing a delivery, I fell asleep in the parking lot and accidentally sounded the horn. A night shift staff member (receiver)quickly responded to ensure my safety and offered assistance if needed. Their thoughtful gesture was truly heartwarming, and I appreciate their kindness.thank you!!!”
