Once again, salesman Greg Brazeau knocked it out of the park! All of the sales staff are fantastic! Having a long-standing relationship with Greg over the years with vehicles purchased for our family, he is our go to salesman for anything. We are all looking for the best price especially in today's economy. Greg and Highland go above and beyond to make sure we are thrilled and that we are choosing the right model and features. Knowledgeable and making sure everything is set up before we drive off the lot, Greg takes the time to set up the Ford Pass and explain all the vehicle options as well as getting you ready for your service and being signed up for the Ford points. So my grandma bought me an F150 last week. She bought my dads first truck as well way back in the day (and I mean like 1990s way back in the day lol) put experience with ford was amazing and I am so happy with it. So much seating room and leg room for my passengers and my self ! I’m in love with it so far!

A huge shoutout to the Ford team that helped me solve my vehicle’s issue.
1. Chantal - She helped me get an appointment the very same day as I was going through a busy schedule. A huge shoutout to you for being really kind and joyful. I felt like I was talking to a friend whom I knew for a long time🙂
2. Charmein - She took good care with all the paper works and made sure I was comfortable by telling what exactly the mechanic is going to do on my car.
3. Bill and Jackson - These guys made sure to complete my work in the right time and giving an extra ordinary service. Especially Bill, for fixing my tire puncture even after they kept all the tires in my vehicle’s trunk (I didn't tell him about the puncture at the first place). Thank you sir for being above and beyond and treating my vehicle’s problem as your own.

Curious and warm welcoming staff at Highland Ford. I had a great experience at this dealership a couple of weeks ago, and worked with James McPhee to make my dream SUV happen. I came from Blind River and before we even made it to the dealership he helped us out with photos, videos etc. He was super friendly and helpful and made the entire process run smoothly. If youre in the market for a new vehicle I would high recommend reaching out to James. I love my Explorer ST 💨
