Bristol's fleet is more than diverse enough to meet most people's needs, and their prices are a bit better than their competitors. Most importantly, Bristol staff, at least at their Scarborough location, are second-to-none. Nisant and Michael, in particular, were impressively knowledgeable, patient with my technical questions, extremely efficient, and refreshingly courteous. The next time I need to move a significant amount of furniture or appliances, I'll rely on their service, and I regularly recommend it to others, because it eclipses the other rental companies I've tried.”

“I used their services for the past 4 weekends as my car was in service for that long. They seem to be the cost effective one. They start from $45+taxes and if you have your insurance then it is $49+tax. All their cars were new ones. They don't have a key drop off in case you don't need it on Sundays. Apart from that I enjoyed their services. And particularly Ms.Beverly in the reception was very helpy every time I called to book the car. Thank you.”

“This is the BEST car rental you will ever rent a car from. Please read the entire story!!!On November 10, I was involved in a minor car collision that left me in desperate need of a vehicle. Keep in mind that this is a long weekend due to a civic holiday, therefore I was not able to rent from any big box car rentals as they were not open. Amazingly, the Apollo Rent-A-Car was open on November 11th, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and a holiday. I had called in and told the owner I needed a car for 3 Pm on November 11, the owner and operator was very kind and understanding on the phone. The owner even called me when he was faced with an emergency , and he had to leave early, I was fine to come early. Great heads up! Now this is great customer service!Now upon arriving at the rental: It literally took me only 5 minutes from entering the store and leaving with a mint condition vehicle. Very efficient and great customer service again.To top things off when I drop the vehicle off on November 15, he even offered to drop me off at my destination before taking the car back! This is insanely great. To make it clear, I have not gotten this service before at any other rental!Now for the best friggin part !!! I happened to forget my stuff in the trunk, the owner called me immediately upon discovery and I was quick to get my things back without anything missing!This business owner is the pinnacle of great customer service. Since I live far, he even recommended few places near my area and in the meantime he held the vehicle for me. Even though I didn't get the vehicle from them due to our trip plan changes, but I will definitely go to them in future for any rentals.”

“My car broke down and I needed to rent a car asap. I went to the location at 1997 Merivale Road. They were swamped, the phone was constantly ringing and 3 staff members short. I dealt with about 3 different people but mostly Robbie, the manager. I was so impressed by how calm and professional everyone was in that stressful situation. They got me a car and was thrilled with the service. I've been in client service for over 30 years and folks could learn from them.”
