I had both my personal and business laptops fixed with perfect communication when a part was on its way and high level of customer service. My office laptop was falling apart; and at the first examination only adding screws the monitor frame was an option, but the tech team did miracles and after 3 and a half hours of diligent and meticulous work saved my laptop without any screws and damage to the hardware. They were thorough, professional and so nice. When we received the laptop it was ready to use! Other than adjusting a few personal preferences, it was all set-up. “HONEST PEOPLE!I plugged in the wrong charger and my 5yr old laptop stopped charging even after plugging the right charger in. Google Maps search got me in touch with this shop. Initially I called to buy parts for my genius plan of buying the EXPENSIVE charging components and repairing myself.Wayne talked me out of it and said let them inspect it first.Wayne and Jay took only $30 for an inspection. In a few days (or next day, I forgot) they called to say that some power board component is dead BUT that I can use USB charging and absolutely do not need to fix the board issue. They said if I insist it'll cost about $250.I went and paid $30 and picked up my laptop. I can guarantee that if this was Best Buy etc, I would have paid hundreds for the "mandatory repair". Not to mention they stopped my idiotic plan of spending hundreds on fixing the wrong thing myself lol.Anyways, I really appreciate their honesty and would recommend this shop to anyone!”

“Never seen an honest guy like the Chinese guy who works there. Left my laptop for repair. He calls me later that you don’t have to pay nothing because I didn’t fix anything. He said come to pick up your laptop. It is working properly. Woah . Gave him 20$ for coffee but he refuses. World will be better with this kind of people.”

“This branch has totally different attitudes of employee but most of them are really helpful. You can consider this stop as a one shopping stop from kitchen appliances to TV's and antenna. The employee in the phone section are really helpful, kind and work fast. These days were totally tiring for them and they keep their smile. They are really professional. Really good for them”
