Dollarama

Dollarama, Discount Stores , Dollar Stores
Hours: Dollarama is a large and organized store that offers a wide selection of items, including seasonal products and stationery. The store has been expanded and is conveniently located with enough parking and fast checkout options. Many customers appreciate the variety of goods available, making it a good place to find what they need. However, recent experiences with customer service have been disappointing. Some customers have faced unhelpful or dismissive staff, especially at the checkout counters, where there were issues with self-checkout machines and a lack of assistance. There are also comments about the store's pricing, with some noticing that not everything is just a dollar anymore, which they feel makes the name less accurate. Additionally, there are concerns about the behavior of some individuals sitting outside the store and comments on perceived discrimination, though these are not confirmed by official reports. Despite these issues, the store remains a popular shopping spot for many, especially because it is walking distance for some. The overall experience varies, with some customers having positive memories from childhood and others feeling frustrated with recent service. Nonetheless, Dollarama continues to be a well-stocked store with a good selection, but improvements in customer service could help enhance the shopping experience.
