“Nice store. They don't really have alot of marketing for the store and it's definitely not the first dollar store that would come to your mind to buy your knick knacks. I only visited because I was in the area. Otherwise I would have went elsewhere. Glad I went here. The staff working there had a great chat with us and they were very friendly and polite.”
“I must agree with as many reviews as I have read & say - BY FAR - THIS IS NOT ONLY THEE BEST DOLLARAMA EVER (meaning it's amazing - very extremely friendly Staff always there to help - even when I asked to pls check the back for rice - all OTHER Rammas will say "nothing in back" even as they haven't checked!!?) this store has for me - & this is not my actual Ramma that is closet to my location - I walk there for the Human Experience - that is or has seemed to have left most others without a care of others🥺 So Yes 100% Satisfaction Gareetted in this location🤍😁 xo "bb"”
“This Dollarama location in Scarborough is very convenient and in a great location. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. I was able to find everything I needed with ease. The self-checkout was quick and efficient, and the staff were always available to assist when needed. They have a friendly attitude and excellent listening skills, making the shopping experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location!”

“Very good dollarama location where I get orange juice the dole one in summer time and spring !!!!!!! As well as my favourite Hershey’s milk chocolate with cookies and cream !!!!!!!!! My dad loves the oh Henry ! Bar with caramel!!!!!!! I also love the plantain chips rainforest or Inka Chips branded !!!!!!!”
“I had a great experience at Dollar Tree. The workers were very respectful and kind, especially Rafia. Rafia was extremely polite, helpful, and patient, which made my visit much better. Their kindness and positive attitude really stood out. Overall, the staff made the store a welcoming place to shop, and I would definitely come back.”

“Great experience with staff that used common sense in customer service. I asked one of the staff member where the matches were, she told me they were by the checkout counters. Lineup was long, when I reached the checkout counter, they only had the lighters there, the matches were in aisle 4 I was told. I went back picked up the matches, and reluctantly lined up again. The same lady found me immediately, acknowledged her mistake, and checked me out without having to lineup again. Small gestures like these in customer service are awesome !!”
“This store has varieties of items, better than showcases inflated price ones.
One thing you should keep in mind is 99% of the time you would have to use the self checkout, it's probably because of the amount of employees which I understand, my only problem is sometimes employees don't know how to use a cash register 🥹✌. But overall they have good amount of things and I bought a lot of stuff here for a cosplay (yes there's poster paper and cardboard!)”
“I recently visited this dollar store and had a fantastic experience!The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through the aisles. I was impressed by the variety of products available at such low prices. Overall, the supervisor i met there in the evening was very friendly and helped me to find the products. “Good location, some staff are friendly and others are not. Decent selection and layout but can be improved. It's Dollarama it is what it is. Lime ups can be quite long sometimes but when you're lucky there isn't one, all depends on the day. There's a decent amount of parking around in the plaza”

My son attends the nearby high school, and he has told me that this store is being targeted by shoplifters every single day during the students’ lunch break. According to him, groups of students walk in, steal merchandise, and leave without being stopped.
What is especially concerning is that there are no security guards, while many of the employees appear to be elderly and should never be expected to deal with this kind of situation on their own.
I sincerely hope the owners will consider hiring one or two security guards, even if only during the lunch hour. This would help protect the store, improve the safety of the staff, and create a safer shopping environment for customers as well.
I hope this issue is addressed before it becomes even more serious.”
