Dollarama has become a prominent dollar store in the Greater Toronto Area, replacing older establishments like "A Buck or Two." It offers a wide range of products at low prices, making it a convenient option for quick shopping. Customers appreciate the well-stocked inventory, which includes essential items such as pens, birthday favors, and paper goods. However, the store can sometimes feel crowded, with narrow aisles and long lines, making navigation difficult, especially during the pandemic. While the variety of products is commendable, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Many shoppers have noted that staff members often appear unfriendly and unhelpful, suggesting a need for improvements in customer interaction. Additionally, the store's layout can become messy due to shoppers rummaging for items, which detracts from the overall shopping experience. Despite these challenges, Dollarama remains a popular choice for budget-conscious consumers seeking affordable supplies. It has established itself as a reliable shopping destination, although some customers may find the atmosphere less than welcoming. Overall, Dollarama continues to serve the community with its extensive product selection at low prices.
I really love this store and what it offers, but the staff are extremely rude. No matter what time you go, they’re always restocking and blocking the aisles. No one is ever at the counter, and checking out takes forever. I’ve actually left my items and walked out a few times because of the long wait. It’s really disappointing.

Well taken care of Dollarama with good stock levels. Adequate staff and a few self serve checkouts. The mall it’s in is a little dumpy but fortunately this store opened before the mall did

Holy Dollarama. What would we do without her? Quite large and wide range. But I didn’t find drinking water here at $1 per liter in blue bottles. ?
