Maureen is absolutely fantastic - friendly and very knowledgeable. My Dremel 3000 rotary tool died - she got me the right part and we had it sorted out in 2 minutes. Thank you so much - saved me having to fork over $150 for a whole new tool. I would say 10 stars but they only let you pick 5.

Pros: Quick replies, identify the issues with a tool and take responsibility for helping the customer get their tool(s) working again.Despite several staff members being ill, last week, Kurt, made a point of understanding the problem that I was having with my Rotozip. Any messages that I left were responded to within the same day.Kurt did research to see if the part that I needed was available or not, prior to me spending money to ship in the tool.When the part was no loner available, he was able to find a replacement tool that I could buy and that would be compatible with the many accessories that I already have to use with my old Rotozip.They have a perfect 5 * rating and based on my experience, I only wish that I could rate them even higher.PS, I will realized after the fact that they helped me with my Dremel in October 2022.Thank you Home Depot for recommending this excellent company.

I have used this company twice with problems with my Dremel tool. After contacting Giles Tool Agency both times, Maureen solved it immediately. This could not be any easier and she could not be more accommodating. Maureen’s “customer service” is way beyond exceptional. Totally top shelf and I can’t say that enough. As far as I am concerned, customer service is the backbone of any company and Giles Tool Agencies Limited has the most amazing backbone. Highly recommended. THANK YOU!

Encounter minor issues with my Dremel tool. The Giles team (Marueen is the MVP) was able to quickly determine what the issue was and get the parts sent. After installing the new parts, the tool worked flawlessly.

Wow, such great service. Professional, courteous and so helpful. Maureen was just such a pleasure to deal with. I spent 41 years in the Computer service industry and have dealt with many professional companies and suppliers that did not provide the service that Giles Tool Agency did. My motor for my Dremel 3D45 was not working at all. I called the # in my User Manual for the printer and found a very friendly and helpful woman named Maureen at the company. She spoke to me about the scope of the issue, the part, and the next steps.Very helpful as well for following up with me via email and phone call for additional information.My part showed up within a week of consulting with her and Giles Tool.Thank you very much for this help! Now my classroom printer is back up and running perfectly.

Got their number through Dremel.com as their licensed service agency in my area. I honestly got the best customer service I have had in years. Maureen was pro active, knowledgeable and understood what I needed right away. Made my way to her within the hour of us talking (I live in the area although they ship ) and she sorted everything out on the spot. They went above and beyond and made me a really happy customer! I cannot recommend enough.

I haven't experienced such focused customer service in years until I called and spoke with Maureen who more help than I could've imagined. She is extremely knowledgeable, gave endless about of time to repair my sentimental Dremel that was given by my late grandfather and communicated what my best options were while acknowledging my tight budget. She even had me laughing throughout the conversations, which made it quite an enjoyable experience.. which is rare in customer service. It is a small family business and Maureen appears to do it all! I was recommended by a friend who raved about their company and how he's been going to them for years as they always solve his needs... and now I know why! Definitely give them a call, leave a voicemail if you can't reach anyone on the first call. Even listening to their phone menu is unique and funny! Recommend!

I just had dealings with Giles Tool Agencies. Had a Dremel Tool that needed repair or replacement. Cannot stress enough how well I was treated. Tool was replaced the service was just great. Great communications and personal service. Will always purchase Dremel Products.
