“I have used their 150mbps service for 3+ years on a month-to-month contract. The technician who installed it was very professional and quick. I don't recall ever having to reach out to their customer support. Their customer support proactively reached out when they noticed that I had disconnected my modem during renovations. They would also proactively reach out to let me know of any upcoming service outages. The price was very competitive, and only went up once while still being very competitive. When I needed to end the contract, it was pain-free. I would highly recommend that you consider Dotto-One if they are an option in your building.”
“I had the most amazing service from Anastasia (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong). Back in June 2024, he helped me and my friend open 4 business lines with the best deal every with Telus. He was so patient and so efficient. There was no push during the whole process.
Yesterday I went back as I lost my phone. Again he was very sympathetic and assisted in every step. He could have just sold me the sim card and asked me to call hotline at home. Instead, he helped me until I am able to use the new phone.

I wonder if those weary who give false and bad marks are corrupt or want to sully the CIK name.The staff is respectful and always agrees to connect you even if you are late with your payments.
