“I have used their 150mbps service for 3+ years on a month-to-month contract. The technician who installed it was very professional and quick. I don't recall ever having to reach out to their customer support. Their customer support proactively reached out when they noticed that I had disconnected my modem during renovations. They would also proactively reach out to let me know of any upcoming service outages. The price was very competitive, and only went up once while still being very competitive. When I needed to end the contract, it was pain-free. I would highly recommend that you consider Dotto-One if they are an option in your building.”

“A very pleasant visit.I went to 618 Sheppard Ave.West,Toronto,On store which is close to my house in order to complete the purchasing of a new cell phone plan.I was greeted and looked after by the service consultant Princess Salcon.She is a very pleasant,friendly and professional person.She made sure together with the store mngr. that the process of transfering and implementing my new plan with FIDO is flawless which was.I am dealing with this store for quite some time because I also have Rogers cable/internet and everytime I went there they were very friendly and professional.Unfortunately these days people ( customers) are not so friendly,understanding and patiently and they are taking their frustations on the service people who are trying to help them which is not right.To the service people at this Rogers store keep up the good work and stay safe and healthy as much as possible in special when dealing with so many customers .Thanks”

“We have used Beanfield in our new condo since our building was completed in 2018 and are cancelling our service now only because we are leaving the province. We can't recommend them enough. Over the six years we used them, Beanfield provided reliable, ultra high speed service that never went out - not once. Our monthly fees have not gone up a single cent. Whenever we called them (to inquire about service at another location for example), a live human being answered with a minute. If every service provider behaved like Beanfield, the world would be a happier place.”

“I went to your Eaton Centre location this morning and had the most pleasant experience. I had charger issues and was not sure if my phone was faulty or not. Alyssa is the associate who served me and she was the most kind, personable and knowledgeable person I ever dealt with in all my years as a Telus customer. She did not try to upsell me but rather identified the issue I suspected. My charging cable was not working properly and was slightly damaged. I proceeded to buy a new one. I also have to mention that Alyssa is a customer service pro. Not only does she know her job to the tip of her fingers, but she has great conversation skills and makes any customer feel confident in their decisions. Oh, before I forget... her smile would melt an iceberg!So thanks Telus for the great service and having such a wonderful employee!”
